Like most other Jellyfish the Sea
Nettle has the ability to 'sting' its foe by injected a toxin
which is non-lethal to humans. The Sea Nettle uses these toxins
to first immobilize or kill its prey before ingesting it. Some
humans however are allergic to the sting of a Sea Nettle which
in rare cases can cause death.
