The Bull Shark is a very dangerous
shark because it can be very aggressive. It also makes its home
near the shorelines of the world's oceans which puts it close
to humans who may be at the beach. The Bull Shark is also known
for actually being able to stay in freshwater for extended periods
of time which is unique amongst saltwater sharks. Because it
can stay in fresh water for so long it can often be found in
inland streams and rivers that are not commonly known for having
sharks. Shark attacks that are reported inshore are almost certainly
caused by the Bull Shark. It is also one of the only sharks
to makes its home near shores throughout the world.
